The Festival of Vilafranca , declared Festival of national heritage, is one of the biggest festivals of Catalonia held between August 29 and September 2 , being its climax on the 30th, the day of St. Felix , the patron saint of the city. During these five days, the streets are filled to accompany appetizers and dancing folk in their performances in parades and processions, to follow human tower and enjoy the show of music and fire that occurs on St. Felix, with the entrance of the holy Basilica of Santa Maria.
